Using Known Mail Server to Deliver IPX Voice Emails [December 25th, 2010]

Converting voice messages to emails is one of the attractive features in IPX. External email server for mail delivery is required by IPX. It has been discovered that some email servers and the IPX do not work together well. The suggested known email servers are smtp.gmail.com and smtp.live.com. For example, if you create an account on Gmail with user name Company_IPX@gmail.com and password abcd123, you just need to configure the email server info in an IPX as the following:


Similarly, you can create Company_IPX@live.com and use smtp.live.com  for an IPX to deliver emails.
